Pegasus was actively involved in the university's Test Drive campaign for the Adult Degree Program. Marketing Analyst Intern Mon Baroi reviewed marketing analytics to determine which advertising tactics were the most successful. Pegasus students attended meetings with the marketing firm managing the digital marketing strategy for the campaign.
Producing a weekly video series
"This Week in Oglethorpe Arts with Weston" is a weekly video series hosted by Pegasus' Weston Manders.
Writing for “Our Stories”
Pegasus members pitched, developed and wrote dozens of stories for Oglethorpe's blog during the fall 2012 semester. Their efforts included interviewing, photography and video. The articles also appear on the university's Facebook and Twitter feed.
Producing videos for OU’s YouTube channel
Pegasus students worked collaboratively to produce videos published to the university's YouTube channel, including videos about Hogwarts Day, the Oglethorpe Career Fair, the Thornwell Jacobs Legacy Celebration, the Leadership Luncheon and the Campus Center Groundbreaking.
Presenting Pegasus to the OU Board of Trustees
All Pegasus members presented about the new student agency to various groups, including the Board of Trustees, the Counselor Advisory Board, and to various classes for recruitment purposes. The students shared information about their work, how being a part of Pegasus complements their studies and career goals, and what's it's like to be a part of this unique agency.
