The team at Pegasus Creative manages the OglethorpeLife Instagram account, on behalf of University Communications.
OglethorpeLife is run by a different OU student each week. The goal of OglethorpeLife is to give current and prospective students a glimpse into the Oglethorpe experience from different perspectives.
Students who run the account are trusted, responsible, and actively involved on campus. We typically choose students who have some connection to campus events and activities. For example, an athlete has run the account during NCAA Division III Student Athlete Week, a fraternity member during Greek Week, and a student presenting research at the Liberal Arts & Sciences Symposium during the week of that event.
If you are interested in applying, think creatively about what you have to share with the OU community.
We take applications on an ongoing basis, but the schedule tends to fill up at the beginning of each semester – so please apply early!
